Once your order is ready to collect, you’ll get an SMS and email with a link, including the location of the collection zone at your store. Please click on this link when you’re on your way.
When you arrive, please click on the link on your SMS or email to tell us "I'm here" and a team member will be notified of your arrival. There is no need to get out of your car; once you let us know you have arrived, we will look after the rest.
We will walk your order to your car, verify your unique collection code (as detailed in your order confirmation) and photo ID. We’ll then place your items in your boot for you.
Things to note:
- To enable a true contactless experience, we will ask you to open your door/boot for us. In some cases, we may ask you to assist us with large or awkward items, while still ensuring social distancing practices are followed.
- If the item does not fit into the car, we can offer home delivery, or you can arrange alternative transport at a later time.
- Direct to boot will operate during the store’s trading hours only.

The collection zone varies by store but is generally located at the back dock or side door of the store, or a marked car parking bay. Please follow the instructions on your confirmation email to ensure you find the correct location. We want to keep you safe, so when you arrive at the collection zone, ensure that you remain in your vehicle. If there are trucks in the loading bay, or a queue of vehicles, please wait inside your car until it is safe to enter the Direct to boot zone.
