Delivery Information

At Sunshades Eyewear, we send all Australian orders with Australia Post E-Parcel. You can track your order from dispatch right to your doorstep.

Orders received before 12 pm Mon-Fri will, in a majority of cases, be posted the following business day. For orders placed after 12 pm or on weekends, please allow an extra day. We generally dispatch our goods within 48-72 hours of your order. Tracking details for all shipments is always provided, for more information on the Australia Post delivery network please visit

Delivery Time Frames

Delivery time frames are not guaranteed and are estimates provided by our allocated couriers. Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please do not allocate hours as the courier company cannot deliver within allocated time frames. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.

When can I expect my order?

Deliveries take 1-3 working days for all Australian orders from dispatch to metro areas. Please note: Rural areas could take longer.
Usually, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. If there are any problems or delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible via the contact email or phone number you have provided us.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and delivery time frames for remote areas vary depending on the destination and, if applicable, exclude time in customs and the time it takes to process your order. Areas outside of metropolitan cities may also experience longer delivery. Therefore Sunshades Eyewear does not guarantee delivery dates.

Will I have to sign for my order?

A signature is required for all orders and we recommend using a work hour’s address for delivery so somebody is there to sign for it and collect it.

If you’re not there when the parcel is being delivered, you will receive an Attempted Delivery Advice card which details how and when the parcel can be collected from your nearest Australia Post outlet.

How can I track my order?

All Australian orders come with tracking. Please see Australia Post website for more information on which countries are eligible for Pack & Track Shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email from both Sunshades Eyewear and Australia Post containing a link to track your order on the Australia Post website, so you can track your order right to your doorstep!

You can track the progress of your order from start to finish using the "Order Tracking" on Australia Post. This will track your orders progress until it has been dispatched through our warehouse.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Sunshades Eyewear and Australia Post to confirm your order is on its way.

The Australia Post email will contain a tracking number to track its progress right to your doorstep.

I haven't received my order?

If you have received your dispatch email and still have not received your order, please use your tracking number and track your order at

If you haven't received a dispatch email with your order number (eg. #123456) and we can look into this for you. It could just be a case of an incorrect contact email or our emails being marked as junk.

Can I change my delivery address?

Providing your parcel hasn't already left the warehouse, we can most certainly change the delivery address for you. To save us chasing the postman down the street, please notify us of address changes as soon as possible, email

I need my order ASAP?

Not a problem! In most cases we are able to have your order out the next day. If you need to ensure you get your order on time, please contact us at and we can give you a better estimated time for dispatch on your order.

What happens if something arrives damaged or defective?

Please let us know straight away and we will replace it or refund you as soon as we receive it back and verify from our end that it is defective. You will need to return it within 7 days. Please email for assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

Sunshades Eyewear is committed to customer satisfaction - If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your returned sunglasses for exchange or full refund*. Please return goods unworn with packaging and swing tickets attached.

Refunds not applicable on sale or promotional items. For Australian orders, we would appreciate returns within 14 days. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from arrival date. The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns.

Returns Process

If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:

1.Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.

2.Address your package, making sure you cover or remove original shipping label.

3.Drop it off at your local Post Office. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured Registered Post as Sunshades Eyewear is not liable for lost return parcels.

4.Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.

Sunshades Eyewear will then gladly cover the cost of shipping your new product via eParcel within Australia. The normal returns process can take up to 10 days.

Repair or Warranty

Manufacturer’s warranties come with all items we sell. The details of the warranty period are usually detailed on the swing tag or the instructions booklet.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or peeling of frames, or nose piece and frame deterioration. Any alterations to the sunglasses will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, sunglasses returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.

Requesting a Return

If you're not satisfied with your sunglasses, you are welcome to return your order within 14 days from purchase for a refund, excluding any postage charges. Your refund will be processed within 72 hours of us receiving your return. For security purposes, we only refund using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email showing your refunded amount once your refund has been finalised.

Shipping Charges on Returns

If the returned item was damaged, defective, or if we shipped you the incorrect item, we will gladly pay for the return shipping cost upon assessment, as well as the shipping for the new item. In the case of reimbursement of shipping, a postage receipt is required to be sent with the return.

If the returned item was what you ordered, but didn't turn out exactly what you were hoping for, then we ask that you pay for returning shipping cost.

Warranty Information

Warranties come with all items we sell

"Most or All" of our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or peeling of frames, or nose piece and frame deterioration.
