Orders are despatched daily from Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm from our Melbourne warehouse. Due to this process we ask that you allow 2 business days for orders to be dispatched.

If you have not received your product 3 days after the above estimates then please contact us.

When nominating a delivery address, please choose a delivery address where someone is likely to be there to sign for the goods.

This will help to ensure you receive your item in the quickest possible time frame. Authority to leave parcels is at the customer's discretion and should be notified to us after placing the order. Both Moki and their carriers first preference is always signature from the customer at the time of delivery.Moki and its carrier accept no responsibility for authority to leave items that go missing once left at the specified location.

Warranty, Returns and Refunds

Damaged or Faulty

IIn the event of a product arriving faulty or damaged, please contact us. Moki will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. The claim for damages or faults must be made within 14 days.

Change of Mind

Refund or Exchange will not be offered for change of mind.

Order Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, we will refund the customer in full provided the order has NOT left our warehouse. Once in transit, the order is treated as a Change of Mind and will be processed in line with our Change of Mind policy stated above.

Return Process

Contact us for returns which must be within 12 months of purchase. This is only applicable for products that are within their warranty period.

Warranty

All Moki products are covered under a 12 month warranty. We have a dedicated support centre designed specifically to deal with issues in relation to our products and can provide advanced troubleshooting.

Each item is intended for use only for the purpose described. Naturally, any item to be used by a child requires careful adult selection and use should be under adult supervision. Items must only be used by children of an appropriate age. Guidelines are given but the final decision must be made by the selecting adult taking into account the nature of the child concerned. A photographic image may be required to support your warranty claim. In the instance Moki deem the product to have been misused your warranty claim may be rejected.
