All orders are shipped from our Queensland warehouse. Our delivery times can vary based on your location. Please see below as a guide.

Warranty, Returns and Refunds

In the event of a product arriving faulty or damaged, a replacement item will always be sent unless the item is unavailable at which a refund will be given. Please contact the Big W contact centre on 1300 244 999 who will help you process your request.

If you receive the incorrect item please contact the Big W contact centre who will organise to arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you.


Each item is intended for use only for the purpose described and not for any other purpose. Naturally, any item to be used by a child requires careful adult selection and use should be under adult supervision. Items must only be used by children of an appropriate age. Guidelines are given but the final decision must be made by the selecting adult taking into account the nature of the child concerned. A photographic image may be required to support your warranty claim. In the instance Modern Brands deem the product to have been misused your warranty claim may not be honoured. Warranty spare part requests can take approximately 3 weeks. Some spare parts might need to be sourced directly from our supplier so longer lead times may apply in which instance you will be notified

Change of Mind Returns

In the event of a change of mind return, the cost of the return freight is payable by the customer. A full refund of the goods will be issued as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse in re-saleable condition (original packaging). If the goods are sent back used or damaged a refund will not be issued.
