Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm from our Melbourne warehouse. They are carefully picked and packed ready for collection from each of our couriers- Toll Ipec. Due to this process we ask that you allow 2 business days for orders to be dispatched.

If you have not received your product 3 days after the above estimates then please contact us on 1300 766 469 or any delivery enquiries.

When nominating a delivery address, please where possible, choose a delivery address where someone is likely to be there to sign for the goods.

This will help to ensure you receive your item in the quickest possible time frame.

Authority to Leave parcels is at the customer's discretion and should be notified to us after placing the order. Both Hunter Products & their carriers 1st preference is always signature from the customer at the time of delivery. Hunter Products & it’s carrier accept no responsibility for Authority to Leave items that go missing once left at the specified location.

Returns and Refunds

In the event of a product arriving faulty or damaged, please contact Hunter Products customer service. We will offer a remedy to the problem. 1800 224 094 or

Hunter Products will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

If you have simply changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, Hunter Products may offer you an exchange or refund provided that the merchandise:

  • Is in Original Factory Sealed and saleable condition
  • Is unworn or unused with all original packaging and content included
  • Is not subject to the exclusions listed below. and the exchange or refund is sought within 30 days of purchase.

If you are unable to provide a valid receipt and/or 30 days has passed since the original purchase date, Hunter Products at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind

Please note that for all Change of Mind refunds, the cost of the return freight is to be covered by the customer. This will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, we will refund the customer in full provided the order has NOT left our warehouse. Once in transit, the order is treated as a Change of Mind and will be processed in line with our Change of Mind policy stated above. The customer will be liable for the cost of the return freight which will be deducted from the refund.


Each item is intended for use only for the purpose described and not for any other purpose. Naturally, any item to be used by a child requires careful adult selection and use should be under adult supervision. Items must only be used by children of an appropriate age. Guidelines are given but the final decision must be made by the selecting adult taking into account the nature of the child concerned. A photographic image may be required to support your warranty claim. In the instance Hunter Products deem the product to have been misused your warranty claim may not be honoured. Warranty spare part requests can take approximately 2-3 weeks. Some spare parts might need to be sourced directly from our supplier so longer lead times may apply in which instance you will be notified.
