Delivery Information

Go Easy Australia is based in Melbourne, Victoria and we ship Australia wide with a great success rate.

Once your order has been processed and ready for dispatch, Go Easy Australia go to great lengths to ensure your delivery goes smoothly to your door.

Orders are dispatched daily; they are carefully picked and packed ready for collection from each of our couriers. Due to this process we ask that you allow 2 business days for orders to be dispatched.

Order Process

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number, order details and important information related to your order.

Availability

Stock availability on the website is subject to change without notice. Depending on availability, we may deliver your order from our warehouses or directly from the manufacturers which may cause the delivery times to vary. Due to this process we ask that you allow 2 business days* for orders to be dispatched. If, for any reason, we cannot immediately supply you with the product you have ordered, we will contact you via phone or email and provide you with options to amend, cancel or create a backorder for the item(s).

No-one Home

If the courier arrives with your goods after pre-arrangement and no-one is present to receive them and an 'Authority to Leave Unattended*' note has not been left they will return the freight back to the courier's depot. A calling card will be left at the premises for you to arrange the redelivery or collection. In this case you will be liable for the re-delivery charges. If the order is subsequently cancelled and returned to the supplier, you will be liable for all carriage charges as well as a 15% restocking fee.

 

Returns and Refunds

Dead on arrival

If the item is dead on arrival upon receiving it, you are entitled to a full refund.

All claims must be made within the 14 days of receiving your item to entitle you to a refund. For claims made after this period, please refer to warranty terms and conditions.

If the item has been started and used and is found not to be dead on arrival you must refer to the warranty terms and conditions.

To make a claim, please reach out to our customer support team at 1300 766 469 or you can also reach out to the BIG W contact centre.

The conditions of the refund are;

  • Please ensure you are able to provide your invoice
  • If the item cannot be repaired a replacement will be provided.
  • Postage / handling charges are not refundable.

Go Easy will arrange for the return and cost of the return of a product if it is Dead on Arrival and arrange for a replacement product to be shipped out.

Faulty goods

If the product has been used and is not found dead on arrival this is required to go through the warranty terms for the purchased product. Please refer to the warranty which is located on the product warranty tab.

Change of mind

By consumer law we have the right to not give a refund or a replacement if the customer simply changes their mind about a product.

You will need to submit a claim via our support centre and the support team will assist you further with your inquiry. You can reach us on 1300 766 469. In the event Go Easy Australia agrees to refund the orders;

  • The customer is responsible for covering the return postage, shipping or courier costs of the product being returned
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns
  • Shipping/courier costs are non-refundable
  • A claim needs to be placed through the support centre and needs to be approved by Go Easy Australia before the order is returned
  • Your relevant order information must be on the item you are returning

Non-returnable items

For hygiene concerns, the below product cannot be returned;

  • Helmets
  • Clothing
  • Safety equipment etc.

Condition of returned products

We reserve the right to assess the condition of a returned product prior to offering a refund or exchange. This may result in a refund or exchange being refused by us.
