Fluid Growers import and manufacture fun, simple, and truly organic products that allow people to connect back to nature, and back to food!
We distribute in Australasia for leading brands like Back to the Roots, Home Grown Ponics, and others to a growing local footprint of supermarkets, health, organic, and fine food grocers, as well as, gift and toys outlet.
A large proportion of our items will arrive the next business day with some even arriving the same day (if you're in Sydney). Delivery to some rural and non-metro areas will take longer but our tracking software allows you to see exactly where your parcel is at all times.
Please note that it can take a few hours for tracking information to be updated to the website once the parcel leaves our store.

Orders placed before 7 am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or Public Holidays will be dispatched the next available business day. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly of the expected arrival date or you can consider an alternative item. Shipping is calculated once you have entered your suburb, state and postcode.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another one with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that we deliver using some couriers and Australia Post, which may require signature on delivery. If you are happy to have the courier leave your parcel, please advise of this in the checkout notes otherwise if you aren't home to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office, or Fastway Pick-up Point where you can collect it.
Please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. If you make a request in the COMMENTS section for your order to be left at your delivery address without a signature, Fluid Growers is not liable to replace the order should your order, for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after it has been delivered.
In the event of a product arriving faulty or damaged, a replacement item will always be sent unless the item is unavailable at which a refund will be given. Please contact us at email@example.com including your order number, and photo of the damage.
Each item is intended for use only for the purpose described and not for any other purpose. A photographic image may be required to support your warranty claim. In the instance Fluid Growers deem the product to have been misused your warranty claim may not be honoured. Warranty spare part requests can take approximately 3 weeks. Some spare parts might need to be sourced directly from our supplier so longer lead times may apply in which instance you will be notified
This warranty does not cover scratching or scuffing of the product as a result of normal wear and tear and any minor defects, which do not affect the functionality of the product. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied given by Fluid Growers.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law under which you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major one
Returns and Refunds
We guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that the goods are not of a satisfactory quality, are damaged or defective or you wish to return goods for any reason within the terms of this contract, you need to follow the returns policy. Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from the Big W Marketplace, all claims must be made within 14 days of purchase or within a reasonable time of awareness of defect and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Please therefore retain the proof of purchase emailed to you from the Big W Marketplace as this is your proof of purchase to raise any claims.
Fluid Growers may reject claims which are not made within a reasonable time and/or where there is no proof of purchase. Please contact us should you notice any issues or defects with your product, our team will deal with each case based on its merits and depending on the circumstances will either offer to refund or exchange a product provided if its in original undamaged packaging, with all the parts, accessories and instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:
the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days),
the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days),
and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If your item is returned to us due to it being un‐delivered and sitting in their warehouse, Fluid Growers will either refund you the price of the product only, less any return delivery charges or charge you to have the item re‐delivered back to your location. Products should be returned within 14 days, in original undamaged packaging, with all the parts, accessories and instructions.
