Signature is required for all deliveries.  At this time, Childsmart cannot accept “authority to leave” instructions.

All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. Our delivery times can vary based on your location. Please see below as a guide.

All Pro Art Wall Murals are specially made upon order placement. It usually takes approximately 14 days for each order to be manufactured. All Childsmart Pro Art Wall Murals are shipped to the customer via Australia Post. As these products are made to order, it usually takes approximately 14 days for each order to dispatch. Returns and Refund policy are same as the details mentioned below- please note change of mind policies.

Warranty, Return & Refunds

Warranty Policy

If an item is faulty, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 14 days from date of purchase with proof of purchase.

Shipping Info

Our standard Australian delivery service provides parcel delivery within seven working days from day of dispatch, although more often than not, it is much sooner than this. Delivery charges cover packaging & delivery cost. In the event of a delayed, damaged, or lost delivery, Childsmart reserves the right to refund the customer for the product and delivery charges.

Returns & Refunds Policy

You will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required to do so under any relevant laws and on the condition that you provide the Big W order confirmation number from your purchase. Failure to do so may result in your request for a refund being rejected.

Returning products to us

Once your request to return a product has been processed, we may contact you for more information in order for us to accept the return, you will then be provided with email confirmation authorising the return. Childsmart will offer return pick-ups if the product delivered is proven faulty or damaged.

Condition of returned products

We reserve the right to assess the condition of a returned product prior to offering a refund or exchange. This may result in a refund or exchange being refused by us.

Return delivery charges

We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We recommend that you return the product to us via Registered Post so that the delivery can be tracked, and that you take out shipment insurance. Childsmart will be responsible for return pick-ups in the instance that the product delivered was proved faulty or damaged or in the instance that the incorrect product was delivered.Childsmart will not be responsible for return delivery charges in the event of a change of mind.

We will take responsibility for shipping costs to return products to you. However, we reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind.
