Shipping rate is a flat $9.90 inc GST Australia wide

Delivery Time Frames

We will endeavour to send out orders within 24 hours. You will be contacted within a 48 hours if a product is out of stock. All orders will be delivered by courier and will require a signature and identification for security reasons.

Along with your tracking number, a free redirection service is also available if the first delivery address was unsuccessful. Most importantly, while in transit your new device is covered by insurance.

Warranty, Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and online shopping experience.

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product you have purchased. Our Warranty, Return and Refund Policy will assist you in this process.


All devices are covered by Australian Manufacturers Warranty. Please refer to the warranty information contained in the product packaging or to relevant manufacturers websites.

Samsung - 24 months manufacturer warranty on device

Alcatel - 12 months manufacturer warranty on device

Huawei - 12 months manufacturer warranty on device

Returns and Refunds

If you believe the device to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, please contact the BIG W Contact Centre on 1300 244 999 to allow us to arrange free collection of your device for assessment by the manufacturer. If the fault is found to be a manufacturing fault, we will send out a replacement unit. If the fault is due to mis-configuration or induced damage, the customer will be referred directly to the manufacturer for a solution.

Any electronic items such as laptops, tablets or mobile phones that are damaged through customer misuse or tampering may result in no refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivered

We apologise for the inconvenience, and will resend the correct item to you as soon as we can. Please call our Contact Centre on 1300 244 999 within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange.

Change of Mind

If you have simply changed your mind, A2B may be able to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the following is applicable:

  • is in Original Factory Sealed and saleable condition
  • is unworn or unused with all original packaging and content included
  • The exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase.

With all change of mind requests the customer will need to pay for the return freight charges to A2B.

Please note: items purchased from a third party seller cannot be returned to a BIG W store. You will need to return the item directly to the third party seller in accordance with their returns policy. Please call our Contact Centre on 1300 244 999 within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange.
