BIG W Delivery Information

If BIG W is supplying your order, for most items we charge a flat delivery fee per order as listed below:

For bulky orders or orders containing large or fragile items we charge a delivery fee based on the delivery destination and your items. The cost of delivery will be displayed in your shopping cart once a delivery address has been entered.
* This flat delivery charge applies only to orders sold to you by BIG W. If your basket includes items sold by our Third Party sellers additional charges apply. In addition, please note that if your order can not be delivered to or left at the delivery address, a redelivery fee of $25 may apply (particularly in respect of bulky orders).
If you buy items from different sellers on our site, this may also mean separate deliveries for the items and separate delivery costs. The products supplied by third party sellers can be identified by clicking on the Sold By link on the product page.
Delivery Time Frames
We are working hard to get your orders out to you as soon as possible, but due to high volumes of orders there will be an extended order despatch lead time.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Once it leaves our warehouse, the additional transit time frame depends on the delivery location:

After your order has been shipped you will receive an email informing you of your parcel’s consignment number and the carrier it is shipping with.
Please note that these are estimates only. If your order is more than 10 days late please email us at email@example.com.
Authority to leave
At the checkout you may grant the carrier authority to leave some goods at the delivery address even if unattended. However, please note that neither BIG W nor the carrier will be liable for loss or theft of the goods and the goods will be left at your risk. In addition, the carrier retains the discretion not to leave the goods unattended, including where the carrier deems it to be unsafe to do so.
Please note that should the order be unable to be delivered to or left at the delivery address, a redelivery fee of $25 may apply (particularly in respect of bulky orders).
Pre-ordered items are delivered in accordance with the advertised delivery timeframes.
If your order contains both ‘pre-order’ and ‘non-pre order’ items, the items which are not subject to ’pre-order’ will be picked and packed within 3 business days and sent separately. A separate delivery fee will be charged for the items not subject to pre-order.
