Prepaid Mobile Service Terms & Conditions

While all terms and conditions of our prepaid mobile service providers are important (and we recommend you read them all), we would like to draw your particular attention to the following terms and conditions from each provider. 

BELONG

General: Unused data will be rolled over into your data bank for use in the next payment cycle. Banked data will be lost if payments are overdue for an extended period. For further information on Belong terms and conditions, visit

Coverage: To check if our service covers your area, visit belong.com.au/go/mobile/coverage-map and search by address or postcode.

SIM Cards: Unlimited calls and texts, For use in Australia. Must be over 18. Your account must be active to keep any banked data. Your credit will expire after 12 months.

TELSTRA

Coverage

The Telstra Mobile Network offers 4GX in all major and regional cities and in over 1600 towns and communities around Australia. In other coverage areas around Australia, you'll automatically switch to our fastest available 4G or 3G. Check coverage at telstra.com/coverage.

Pre-paid handsets

Things you need to know: Pre-Paid Handsets: An unlocking fee may apply for use with a non-Telstra SIM card. Limit 1 per customer and no trade sales. The Android Robot is reproduced or modified from work created and shared by Google and used according to terms described in the Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution License. Pre-paid SIM Kits

Things you need to know: Pre-Paid SIM Kits: Limit 1 per customer and no trade sales. The Pre-Paid offer you select will determine your credit expiry date and bonuses. ® are registered trade marks and TM are trade marks of Telstra Corporation Limited, ABN 33 051 775 556.

VODAFONE

General: Terms may be changed from Vodafone from time to time. All changes willcomply with relevant laws, regulations and industry codes. Unless otherwise stated, onlyone Vodafone Prepaid Product can be used per connection to our network. Mobiledevices may be locked to our network. A fee may apply to unlock. Coverage & Compatibility: Services and functions of certain Vodafone products are onlyavailable if used with a Vodafone approved device and in a compatible coverage area. Notall devices are compatible with Vodafone networks.

Discounts areon full price only and not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Subject to change.Recharge costs additional. Voucher must be activated within 6 months of purchase toavoid expiry. Service Recharging: If you do not recharge your service within 120 days of your lastrecharge expiry date, you will lose your mobile number and Vodafone Prepaid account. Ifyou do not recharge your service within 90 days of your last recharge expiry date, you willlose any remaining balances in your Vodafone Prepaid account.

OPTUS

General: For more info on available Optus prepaid plans and pricing, see our Critical Information Summaries which can be found at optus.com.au/cis or pick one up in store. Activate SIM within 30 days of purchase or by the date advertised on a promotion, whichever is earliest.

Coverage: Coverage availability will vary depending on your device and location. Checkcoverage at optus.com.au/coverage based on your address and device.

Compatibility: If you bring your own device, make sure it's not locked to other networksand is compatible with the Optus Network. To learn more, visit optus.com.au/compatibility.

Network Compatibility: Handsets have been modified to be optimised for the Optus network and performance on other networks is not guaranteed. To learn more, visit optus.com.au/compatibility. Handset has also been modified to have its dual SIM capability removed and it is a single SIM device. Please refer to the Specifications section for specific network compatibility. Mobile phones are network locked. For unlocking fees see optus.com.au/unlock.

Free $30 recharge for smartphones only: Includes $30 recharge value applied in one transaction when you activate included SIM. Expiry and inclusions will depend on selected plan. For info on available plans and pricing see optus.com.au/prepaidplans. Excludes Optus X Lite devices.

AMAYSIM

All for use in Australia. Cannot be used as a replacement SIM. Personal use only and not a broadband replacement. 4G coverage available in selected areas with a compatible device and plan.
