It's easier than you think! Paediatric nutritionist and founder of Wholesome Child, Mandy Sacher, explains how to make your own healthy and nutritious baby food at home.
1. Start with veggies such as sweet potato or carrot. Then move onto combinations such as broccoli and pumpkin.
2. Wash the vegetables and peel as needed and steam.
3. Puree using a food processor or handheld mixer.
4. Thin out the puree with cool boiled water, breast milk or formula.
