Delivery Options

Delivery costs will vary depending on whether BIG W or one of our third party sellers is supplying your order.

Get your BIG W supplied order delivered to any street address in mainland Australia for free!

* Offer applies to online orders containing only apparel, fashion accessories and footwear. Exclusions apply to products supplied on the BIG W website by third party sellers. Please note that our carriers’ delivery policies or zone restrictions may also apply to selected areas.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify this FREE HOME DELIVERY offer at any time.

Standard Delivery Fee

Orders that do not qualify for free delivery will incur a delivery charge based on where the order is being delivered to and the weight and size of the items purchased. The cost of delivery will be displayed in your shopping cart once a delivery address has been entered.

If you buy items from different sellers on our site, this may also mean separate deliveries for the items and separate delivery costs. The products supplied by third party sellers can be identified by clicking on the Sold By link on the product page.

Our carriers will deliver to the address specified by you at checkout. You may grant the carrier authority to leave the goods at the delivery address even if unattended, but please note that neither BIG W nor the carrier will be liable for loss or theft of the goods and the goods will be left at your risk. In addition, the carrier retains the discretion not to leave the goods unattended, including where the carrier deems it to be unsafe to do so. Please note that should the order be unable to be delivered to or left at the delivery address, redelivery fees may apply (particularly in respect of bulky orders).

Redelivery

Our carrier may charge a redelivery fee of $25 if the order is unable to be delivered to or left at the delivery address.

Delivery time frames for BIG W supplied products

Orders placed before 5pm AEST Monday to Friday will be picked, packed and despatched within 3 business days.

Once despatched, the transit timeframe for home delivery of your order depends on your delivery location.

  • - For metro areas, our transit time frame is 3 - 5 business days
  • - For regional areas, our transit time frame is 5 - 7 business days
  • - For remote locations, our transit time frames is up to 14 business days

Once your order has been marked as shipped you will receive an email informing you of your parcel's consignment number and the carrier it is shipping with.
