• Within 4 weeks of the original purchase date BIG W will replace your glasses if you are not completely satisfied.
• Within 12 months of the original purchase date BIG W will repair or replace your glasses if your glasses are found to be faulty.
• Lifetime – Unlimited free cleaning and adjustment of your glasses.

Prescription Glasses

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your glasses within 4 weeks from the original purchase date for another pair of equal value.
• If your glasses are found to be faulty, BIG W will repair or replace them within 12 months from the date of purchase.
• To maintain the comfort and fit of your glasses, BIG W will service, clean and adjust them free for the lifetime of the glasses.

Disposable Contact Lenses

• If you are new to disposable contact lenses, and your practitioner recommends an alteration to your initial prescription within 4 weeks of the original purchase date, BIG W will exchange the original lenses for your newly prescribed lenses (to equal or lesser value)

Conventional Contact Lenses

• If your practitioner recommends that you discontinue use of conventional contact lenses, due to patient intolerance, BIG W will refund the cost of the lenses (within 4 weeks from the original purchase date)
