What is a Wishlist on bigw.com.au?

A Wishlist allows you to place items together that may interest you or you would like as gifts from your friends and family. Once you have created your Wishlist you can be email it to your friends and family who can purchase items from your Wishlist for you.

 

How do I create a Wishlist online?

You first need to be registered with us to set up your Wishlist. Once you have registered and logged in you are able to click on the ‘Add to Wishlist link’ from any of the product detail pages to add items into your Wishlist.

 

How do I add/delete items from my Wishlist online?

Click on the 'My Account’ link at the top of any page and select the ‘My Wishlist’ section to display your Wishlist. From here you can delete items from the Wishlist or add items to a shopping cart for purchase. To add new items to your Wishlist click on the ‘Add to Wishlist’ link from any of the product detail pages to add items into your Wishlist.

 

Am I able to share my online Wishlist with friends and family?

Yes, click on the link for your Wishlist within your account section to email your Wishlist to friends and family.

 

Can I create more than one Wishlist?

Only one Wishlist can be created per registered customer.

 

How do I purchase from someone else’s Wishlist?

To purchase from someone else’s Wishlist, the other person will need to email you their Wishlist. The email will contain a website link to display this person’s Wishlist and from here you will be able to add items from their Wishlist to a shopping cart and purchase these items.

 

If I purchase from someone else’s Wishlist, will the item be delivered to the recipient?

In order for the item to be delivered to the recipient, you will need to enter the recipient's address in the 'Delivery details' section of the checkout process.

 

What is Gift messaging?

Gift messaging allows you to add a gift message for the recipient of the order which will be included in the delivery.

 

Am I able to send an order as a gift to someone and not have the order value disclosed to the recipient?

You can have a gift message added to your order however a receipt will be included with the order as proof of purchase. Your gift messages can be added during checkout by ticking the box on the delivery details section.
