Warranty and extended warranty information

All products purchased at BIG W come with a manufacturer's warranty. The Tax Invoice (your receipt) is your proof of purchase for any warranty claim. Extended warranty is also available on selected items for purchase through BIG W at the time of order in store at BIG W.

 

Can I purchase an extended warranty for a product online?

If an extended warranty is available for a product you are buying, you can add an extended warranty from the accessories tab on the product details page. Warranties are not sold separately.

 

Do you provide an installation service?

Unfortunately BIG W does not offer installation services at this time.
