How do I change my personal details?

Your personal details will only be stored if you have registered an account with us. Click on 'My account' at the top of any page to change your personal details.

 

How do I delete any credit cards stored on my account?

Cards will only be stored on your account if you have registered with us and selected to save your card for future use when placing an order. To delete any cards currently on your account, please go to the 'My details' section.

 

How can I get my password reset if I have forgotten my password?

From the login screen click on the ‘Forgotten password’ link. You will be asked to enter the email address you used to create your account, once entered, please click 'reset password'. This will trigger an email to be sent to you from us with a temporary password. For your security when you next log in using the temporary password you will be prompted to create a new password.

 

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address by clicking on 'My account' on the top of any page and going to the 'My details' section.
