How do I obtain an online promotional voucher?

Promotional vouchers will be sent out to registered customers as part of our regular marketing communications. By registering an account or signing up to the newsletter, this will allow you to receive promotional vouchers, offers or promotions when they are available.

 

How do I use an online promotional voucher?

When placing an order online, enter the promotional voucher code during the checkout process. Click on the ‘Use promotional voucher’ link, enter the codes and then click ‘Check code’.

 

When placing an order by phone you can give the promotional voucher code to a member of our Customer Service team. The code will be validated and the order value will be changed based on the value of promotional voucher. Promotional voucher codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

 

I forgot to use my promotional voucher code during checkout?

Unfortunately we are unable to add promotional voucher codes to your order after it has been submitted. However, you can still use your promotional voucher on your next order, provided it hasn’t passed the expiry date.

 

My promotional voucher code hasn’t worked.

Check you entered the code exactly as it is shown on the voucher, that the voucher hasn’t expired or that the voucher is valid for BIG W. Should none of the above apply, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 1800 251 311.

 

Promotional voucher code conditions

  • Promotional vouchers/codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or voucher.
  • Online promotional vouchers are only available online at bigw.com.au, not in store at BIG W.
  • Promotional vouchers cannot be split over orders, they must be used in one transaction.
  • Promotional vouchers are not cash and can therefore not be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional vouchers can only be used once.
  • Promotional vouchers exclude delivery charges.
