I ordered multiple items in my order but haven’t received them all, when will they arrive?
If your order contains a number of items we may need to split your order into multiple deliveries. This will be highlighted to you within checkout, within your order confirmation email and on the receipt included with your first delivery.
We may also further split your order into a number of separate boxes. You can check the status of all of your deliveries on the 'My orders' pages of 'My account' for registered customers or via the website link included in your order confirmation email.
If you still have not received your delivery, please contact the Customer Service Centre on 1300 244 999.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
Please check any product delivered to you to determine if it is damaged. If you suspect the product is damaged on delivery, you should refuse receipt of that product and notify us through our Customer Service team on 1300 244 999. If you notice damage to a product after delivery, please return the item to store and we will ensure a prompt refund or replacement.
I placed an order with BIG W Photos but it doesn’t appear with 'My orders' in 'My account'?
BIG W Photos is currently operating as a separate site to bigw.com.au. Unfortunately orders on BIG W Photos can’t be tracked under the 'My account' section on this website. You will need to check on BIG W Photos for further information on the status of these orders.
