Take control

of your online layby


We’ve created a new set of features that allow you to manage your layby order better than ever before.

Once your order is up and running, you will now be able to fine-tune your layby along the way. To access these features, go to My Account and view the links under the ‘My Laybys’ heading.

Our new features will allow you to:

1. Change your payment method

Your old card lost, stolen or expired? You can quickly & easily change the payment card associated with your layby. Simply click the ‘Change payment details’ button and enter your new card details. Please note that we will need to process a small payment to allow us to validate your new card details. Don’t worry, though, this amount will go towards the outstanding balance of your layby.

2. Make additional payments

You can now pay off your layby faster by making additional payments. Pay as little or as much as you like, whenever you like. To make an additional payment, click the ‘Make a one-off payment today’ button and enter the amount you wish to pay. You can then choose whether you want your additional payment to either reduce the amount you will need pay for each of your future layby installments, or reduce the total number of installments you will need to make. Enter your payment card or WISH gift card details, and you’re done!

3. Defer or change your next payment

Manage your layby by increasing or decreasing the amount of your next layby payment. If for some reason you aren’t able to pay a scheduled installment, you can defer it by decreasing the payment amount to zero. Please note that you are unable to defer consecutive payments.

To change a payment amount, click the ‘Edit next payment’ button, enter your revised payment amount & click ‘Apply’, then click ‘Save'.

4. Revise your layby schedule

Need to change the date or frequency of your layby payments? No problem. You can now change your layby payment schedule by clicking the ‘View revised schedule’ button. Simply select your new start date, frequency and number of payments, view your revised schedule, and then save to confirm.

5 Cancel all or part of your order

Layby with confidence knowing that if you ordered the wrong item or have changed your mind, you can cancel part or all of your order at any time up until payments are finalised. Click the ‘Cancel order’ button, and either elect to ‘Cancel entire order’, or ‘Cancel chosen items’.
