Online Layby Guide

Online layby available now. Select a layby plan that suits your budget and have your items delivered to your door.

You'll receive communication from us by email every step of the way, so you will always know the status of your payments and your delivery.

Online layby with BIG W is really easy:

1. Find Products

Choose from thousands of products available to layby.
Eligible products will show the Layby Online 'tick'.

2. Add to Cart

Simply add products to your cart as you shop, and then proceed to checkout when you're ready to create your layby.

3. Checkout & create your payment plan

Choose a flexible payment plan to suit your needs:

  • You can choose to pay your layby weekly, fortnightly or monthly Installments. The maximum layby term is 8 weeks, however you can choose a shorter plan if you prefer.
  • Enter your delivery and billing details, review your layby schedule & you're done.

Note: Extended layby periods and special-event terms and conditions apply at selected times of the year.

4. Pay

Payments will automatically be deducted from your credit card or VISA/Mastercard debit card until your payment plan is finalised.

5. Fast Delivery

Your layby will then be delivered to you by
the agreed delivery date.

Make Changes to your Layby Plan

Once your layby is up and running, you can fine-tune your layby along
the way: update your credit card details, make additional payments,
