Finding products online

 

Why aren’t all items available in BIG W stores available to buy online?

At this stage only selected parts of our range are available to buy online. Keep an eye out as we extend our range online or use our store finder to find your nearest BIG W store to buy the item in store.

 

How can I tell if items are available online or in-store?

If an item is available to be purchased online it will have an 'Add to cart’ button. If the product is ranged in our stores it will have a 'Find in store' button. You will then be able to enter the postcode of your nearest store to find out if they have the item in stock. Please use this as a guide only, we recommend that you confirm stock availability by contacting your local BIG W store by using our store finder.

 

How do I search for products online?

A search text box and button are located in the top section of each page. Enter a keyword or product code in the text box and click the search button to start searching.

 

What should I do if I can’t find an item on the website?

If you have seen the product in one of our stores, or advertised through catalogues, TV, magazines or newspapers, it may be that we don’t currently sell this product online. When trying to locate stock of an advertised item it is recommended you first contact your local BIG W store by using our store finder. Our Customer Service Centre 1300 244 999 may also be able to assist further but will also recommend contacting the store(s) to confirm stock availability.
