Do you deliver products bought online to my area?

Generally we deliver to all parts of Australia but unfortunately some products are unable to be delivered to some postcodes or areas. Refer to the delivery section of each product for further details. We do not ship orders internationally.

 

Can I send my order to a different address to my billing address?

Yes, you are able to send your item to a different delivery address within Australia to your billing address. You will also have the option to add a gift message with the order however all orders will also include the receipt in order for the recipient to return the product to stores if necessary.

 

Can I send an order to more than one address?

No, we only accept one Australian delivery address per order. If you need to send items to more than one delivery address please place separate orders for each delivery address.

 

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Once an order has been completed you are not able to change the delivery address. Please contact the Customer Service Centre on 1800 251 311 and if the order has not been despatched they may be able to cancel the order for you and place a new one.

 

Can I have my order despatched to an International address?

At this stage we only deliver to addresses in Australia.
