Fast, convenient delivery across Australia

Enjoy the convenience of home delivery on a huge range of products. Delivery times will vary depending on the product you order & where you live. Most products at bigw.com.au can be shipped to anywhere within the Australia Post network. *However, there are a few restrictions:
•BIG W does not currently ship to international addresses

•Large or Oversized products can not be shipped to certain remote areas including Far North Queensland, Northern, Remote & Country WA, Norfolk Island and other Australian island territories.  Delivering bulky products to these locations is very complex & prohibitively expensive. This restriction affects only a small number of items.



How to get an estimated delivery date

To obtain an estimate of delivery times, click the 'view cart' link in the top right corner of every page, enter the delivery postcode and click 'GO'. The estimated delivery timeframe for your order will be displayed. Please note that delivery times vary based on the size of items in your order and the delivery method used.

Most orders are despatched from our Sydney warehouse and delivered by Australia Post. Deliveries occur between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

 

Stock up & save

•Metro: just $8 for an unlimited number of small and standard items
•Regional: just $15 for an unlimited number of small and standard items
•Rural: just $20 for an unlimited number of small and standard items
Large & Oversized items are charged individually.

To find out the size of any item, click on the ‘Specification’ tab on any product page. Item size will be displayed in the ‘Delivery Type’ field.

Full order tracking

Track the progress of your delivery for most orders - simply visit 'My Account', or click on the link included in your order confirmation email.  To keep delivery prices as low as possible, small items (e.g. books, DVD & blu-ray, gift cards and video games) are sent via standard letter delivery by Australia Post. Deliveries of this type can not be tracked once they have left our warehouse. Similarly, a tracking link will not be provided for orders that are sent direct from a BIG W supplier. Delivery from just $4

Skip the traffic, parking woes and queues with small items - like books, DVDs and video games - delivered from just $4. Delivery costs are determined by your order's size, weight and the delivery address.

An estimate of delivery costs from our Sydney warehouse by product size and geographical region are shown in the table below. To calculate the exact delivery cost for your order, enter your postcode in your cart summary or on any product page and click 'GO'.

*Please note that the weight amounts listed refer to cubic weight, which is affected by the depth, width and height of a parcel, as well as how heavy it is.

Items delivered directly to you by our suppliers

Some of our products are delivered to you directly from our suppliers. Delivery times for these items may vary from products shipped to you from our Sydney warehouse. These products are clearly marked on the website with the message "Item ships directly from vendor". Delivery costs and timeframes for these items can be obtained by entering your postcode in your cart summary or on any product page and clicking 'GO'. Note that a tracking link will not be provided for orders that are sent direct from a BIG W supplier.
