BIG W delivery times
To obtain an estimate of delivery times to your location, simply add a product (or products) to your cart, and then click the ‘View cart’ link located in the top right hand corner of every page. Once your cart page has loaded, please enter your delivery postcode in the space provided and click “GO”. An estimated delivery date window for your order will be displayed, along with the delivery costs to your postcode (please see screen shot below).

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Most deliveries are sent from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post, and standard delivery times for the Australia Post network apply. An estimated delivery date for your order is displayed at the time your order is placed, as well as in the order confirmation email that is sent following the placement of your order. A despatch email will also be sent to you at the time your order leaves our warehouse. This despatch email will also include details of the estimated delivery date.
Registered customers can track the status of an order by visiting the My Account page and clicking the 'Track my orders' link. If you are not registered with us you can track your order using the tracking link included in your order confirmation email.
