Changing and cancelling orders
Can I cancel an order delivery?
The quickest way for us to process your cancelation is via email. If you do need to cancel an order, please go to our contact us page (insert link) or contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 244 999 as soon as possible. We will attempt to stop the order before despatch however this may not be possible. If we are unable to stop the order you will need to return your order which can be easily done through your nearest BIG W store.
Can I add or delete items from my order once I have completed the order?
Unfortunately, you cannot amend an order after it is placed. If we are able to stop the order from being despatched we will cancel your existing order and place a new order on your behalf. Please contact the Customer Service Centre on 1300 244 999 for assistance.
What happens to my previous orders if I change my registration email address?
Any order history will be transferred across to the new email address allowing you to keep track of all your past orders or addresses.
