Where can I download a BIG W catalogue?

Locating advertised items

When trying to locate stock of an advertised item it is recommended you first contact your local BIG W store(s). Our Customer Service Centre (1800 251 311) may also be able to assist further but will also recommend contacting the store(s) to confirm stock availability. Every product sold at BIG W carries a 7 digit identification keycode number. If you are aware of a product's keycode, please advise those assisting you in your search.

The item I purchased has been recalled, what do I do with it?

Any product which is recalled within BIG W will be posted as a notice on the BIG W website as well as in-store along with the instructions on how to dispose of the item. If you are unsure please contact our Customer Service Centre on 1800 251 311.

 

Advertised Merchandise Policy

BIG W makes every effort to ensure stock is available when advertised. However, if an item is unavailable we’ll offer to sell you a comparable item (if available) with the same reduction in price as the advertised item. Savings may vary slightly to those shown. Some styles, colours and sizes may not be available at all stores. Accessories not included. Some larger items are sold boxed and require assembling. We reserve the right to limit purchases to reasonable retail quantities. Commercial quantities not supplied.

Do you run competitions and how do I enter?

From time to time we will hold competitions. These will be advertised on the site and when you click on the ad, you will be asked to fill in a form to enter the competition.
