To Purchase

 

All BIG W Direct purchases or laybys must be made at the layby desk. Prices include home delivery, however a surcharge may apply for delivery to remote areas.

 

Laybys require minimum 20% deposit and $2.00 service fee, and are otherwise subject to our normal Layby Terms, available from layby desk. Where these terms differ, the BIG W Direct Terms and Conditions will apply.

 

We recommend that you measure the intended location prior to purchase.

 

Delivery

 

  • Between 1 January to 30 November allow up to 21 business days for delivery.

    •  

  • WA, NT & TAS delivery locations will require full payment by 1st November for guaranteed delivery by 24th December. NSW, VIC, SA & ACT delivery locations will require full payments by 20th November for guaranteed delivery by 24th December.

    •  

  • Freight Surcharges will apply for NT customers based outside of Darwin metro.

    •  

  • Delivery is to mainland Australia addresses only.

    •  

  • Contact Action Sports on 1800 777 137 for an update on your delivery.

    •  

  • Your mobile number is our preferred contact number.

    •  

  • Product will not be left at an unattended address.

    •  

  • No delivery will be made where access is restricted.

 

Cancellation

 

  • A cancellation fee of $25.00 may apply.
  • A refusal fee of $60 may apply if you refuse your order once despatched.
  • A re-delivery fee of $45 may apply.

BIG W respects your privacy. We will only use and share your personal information to administer your order. If you do not provide us with this information, we may not be able to deliver your order.
