Panasonic LED LCD TV combines the benefits of an IPS panel (which features excellent light transmittance and a wide viewing angle) with an LED backlight that efficiently increases brightness.
 

With this Panasonic TH-L32X30Z images do not fade when viewed from an angle, and contrast is higher than in previous IPS models in spite of using less power. The IPS LED LCD offers superb colour rendering and also contributes to the display's slim design. LEDs achieve high brightness with low power consumption. Our next-generation, high-efficiency LCD was created by using an LED for the backlight and combining it with the IPS Alpha panel, which features high light transmission efficiency. By maximising inherent device advantages, we have achieved highly robust black reproduction while using less power.
