Introducing BIG W Direct, a new service that allows you to purchase big and bulky items like pool tables and trampolines that are even too big for us to display in store. You’ll love the extra choice on big-ticket items especially when they are at BIG W’s famous low prices.
Simply visit your nearest BIG W store, choose the item you want from the BIG W Direct display board, finalise your purchase at the Layby Department and you can then take delivery in up to 21 business days (longer during November and December).
Home Delivery is included in the price and Layby with a minimum 20% deposit is available for all BIG W Direct lines.
Deliveries before Christmas: Full payment by 1st November will guarantee delivery by 24 December.
