The First Years Hands Free Safety Gate keeps your baby safe from stairs and other household hazards. The foot-pedal operated gates swings in both directions and fits in all standard doorways. Its pressure-mounted design wont mark walls or doorways, and an audible click signals that the gate has been locked.

Rarely does a mum or dad make it through a day without thinking they could use an extra set of hands. So we designed the next best thing: a safety gate that doesn't require any hands at all! But perhaps the finest part is that while it's simple for an adult to just press on the pedal and walk through, it's too difficult for a baby.
